on the east by San Mateo Blvd. SE;
on the north (going east to west) along Zuni Rd. SE to Jefferson St. SE, south on Jefferson St. SE to “little” Zuni Rd. SE, along little Zuni Rd. SE to Morningside Dr. SE, north on Morningside Dr. SE to Garfield Ave. SE, and west on Garfield Ave. SE to Richmond Dr. SE;
on the west (going north to south) along Richmond Dr. SE to the northern edge of Puerto del Sol golf course, east along the northern edge of the golf course to Wellesley Dr. SE, along Wellesley Dr. SE to Gibson Blvd. SE (including those residences on the west side of Wellesley Dr. SE adjacent to the golf course); and
on the south by Gibson Blvd. SE.
